Methods of Payment
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or by invoice against an official Purchase Order Number and will be billed in pound sterling GBP.
Credit Card Payment Security: A secure payment portal, provided by Stripe, is used for payment. A link is included in the Conference Registration system. ECS Publications LLP do not have access to nor keep records of your credit card data.

Admission to the scientific sessions

Conference Proceedings in USB format
Icebreaker Reception on the evening before the conference from 19.00-20.30 – including BBQ style food, beer & wine + malt whisky tasting.
Civic Reception on the evening of the first day of the Conference - including wine & soft drinks & canapes
Early morning tea/coffee; mid-morning tea/coffee; afternoon tea/coffee each day
Fork Buffet Lunches each day
Registration and Payment
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
For online payment, your credit card will be billed in GBP. You will receive an invoice in the acknowledgement email after the registration is completed. Payment must be made within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy
before 14th May 2024 – full refund less £50 administration charge; 14th May 2024 and thereafter – delegate substitutions accepted, but no refunds available.
ECS Publications LLP, the Conference and Exhibition Organisers, reserve the right to reschedule the Conference and Exhibition in the circumstances of “events beyond our reasonable control”; ECS Publications LLP shall not be liable for the consequences of “events beyond our reasonable control”. ECS Publications LLP reserve the right to cancel the Conference and Exhibition, for reasons other than “events beyond our reasonable control”, and in that instance only, shall refund to each Participant the Conference fee, previously paid, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of ECS Publications LLP to each Delegate.

The organisers have been organising conferences and seminars since 1978. The Conference Series incorporating the European Bridge Conference (Structural Faults & Repair) has been run since 1983.
